It all starts with the selection of the best plants from the nursery where they remain for a period of 6 to 8 months. Five years of care guarantee the development of both the flavour and the quality of the plant, before the first harvest. The experience and the dedication of a highly specialized staff assure its conservation. Its stationing from 20 to 24 months makes possible its distinctive flavour and gives the alternative of preparing it hot or cold without compromising quality.
